Green Chile
It's Green Chile time in this beautiful state known as the Land of Enchantment. I bought my chiles Sunday, green chiles that is. Not green bell peppers.Not jala-peen-os. Straight up, green chiles. The smell is wonderful. First up....green chile chicken enchiladas. Yum! Oh how I love fall.
